Find Out With An Anxiety Symptoms Test If You Are A Victim In Waiting

An anxiety attack, or panic attack as they are more or less the same thing, is a scary thing. I witnessed my wife have a panic attack while driving our car! To say I was scared is the understatement of the century.

If you think you might be showing symptoms of anxiety attacks there's a simple test you can do. All you do is go through a series of check boxes. Select either yes or no. Check out the notes at the end of the test and it will tell you whether you may need to do something about it.

In the anxiety test there's a whole host of potential symptoms If you ticked one or more boxes then you may well need get further help, fast! The very last thing you need is an anxiety attack in the wrong place at the wrong time.

It's possible to overcome them as my wife actually uses this technique to control her attacks. However, before we came across this particular lifesaving technique she saw all manner of useless shrinks and quacks.

The biggest symptom of panic attacks is probably a rapid heartbeat & shallow breath. These symptoms usually kick off with no apparent reason. Then they quickly move to an almost mortifying fear of dread.

If you get an anxiety attack you can make it much worse by panicking about the actual anxiety attack! This can cause it to spiral out of control. If you can spot the signs early you can use the techniques to stop any attack before it even starts. You can then carry your day as normal.

Once you learn the tricks to identify them you can stop any panic attack in its tracks. Stopped way before it even starts. If you have confidence to recognise an attack you can improve your technique and assign your anxiety to the past.
