As many of us become older we always ask ourselves "what causes wrinkles?" Unfortunately as we become older we can not stop the aging process. However we can make it easier and more graceful. 2. Daily Exercise: When we take the time to exercise on a daily basis then we help increase and develop the muscles in our body. Just like other parts of your body there are several facial exercises that you can begin doing to help remove the wrinkles from the face. Many people are beginning to use facial exercises because they realize just how beneficial they can be and they are tired of spending their hard earned money on anti aging products that do not do anything for their skin.

3. Stop Squinting: This can cause the lines around the eyes. When you notice the sun getting in your face either wear a cap with a visor; or sun glasses that will protect the eyes and also reduce your squinting.

4. Daily Diet: Your diet will always play a huge role in everything that you do and who you are. They types of food that you decide to eat will play a vital role in whether you are able to age gracefully or not. Start eating the foods that will help you get your energy back and will help you look and feel great. One of the biggest things that is the cause of wrinkles is the lack of exercise that we as society fail to do.
