Effects That Pollution And Toxins Have On High Blood Pressure

By Christian Goodman

So much is said about high blood pressure and the potentially disastrous health consequences if left untreated (heart attack, stroke, blindness, and all sorts of other scary health concerns) that almost everyone over the age of thirty knows at least something about it.

The reason why I write so much about high blood pressure is because it is very much treatable.

High sodium foods, processed foods, fast food, red meat, alcohol, caffeine, nicotine and tobacco are the foods that should be avoided.

All these food items contain some toxin substance in them that affect the health and can lead to high blood pressure. All the people should why one should avoid these food.

It will be very much applicable to the people with a family history and for people who suffer from obesity. As obesity easily increases the risk for high blood pressure. Blood pressure can be elevated by sodium and caffeine, but these substances are not poisonous.

Chemicals rich in sodium are sometimes replaced for sugar in some diet foods. And these foods are mostly high in fat. All most all fast foods and processed foods have very high content of trans fat, cholesterol and sodium.

Hypertension can also be caused by red meat even though it is not processed. This is because basically you are eating the toxic substance which the animal ate before.

Alcohol and nicotine/tobacco, while not foods are things people tend to ingest or breathe in and in many cases, to excess. While I don't see a problem with moderate alcohol consumption, research has indicated there is no safe cigarette. Keep in mind that these are by definition poisons to our bodies.

Some medicines that use over prescription or counter do have toxic substances. Therefore, it is important for you physician to know if you have blood pressure as these can increase blood pressure.

As if that weren't bad enough, new research on animals has shown that when exposed to daily air pollutants (much lower levels than seen in many developing countries and parts of the U.S.), even short term, blood pressure was raised as much as 25%.

What happens globally is not in our control even though we carpool and recycle. And every one cannot afford for a hyperbaric chamber can we?

This program is designed with all natural breathing and relaxation exercises. It has shown awesome results that reduces blood pressure without any side effects. People who suffer high blood pressure can always follow my high blood pressure program.
