Looking For Some Serious Sensitive Skin Care? Here's How.

By Peter Albertonach

Have you got sensitive skin and find that it's getting on top of you? If so there are some simple sensitive skin tips that I can pass on to you.

Some people have sensitive skin, some don't. And there are some people with sensitive skin that neednt have sensitive skin.

All that annoying blotchiness, redness, inflammation and itchiness can often be controlled.

Of course some people have a skin condition that may need professional care from a dermatologist. But for many getting rid of those sensitive skin symptoms can be quite simple, so why not try these first.

Sensitive skin care starts with an examination of your cosmetics and skin care products. Believe it or not, many big brand cosmetics and skin care products and anti aging products like creams, face masks and so on, can themselves CAUSE the problems that people with sensitive skin blame on their skin type, not on the products.

I write extensively about the nasty ingredients that are found in many big brand name cosmetics and skin care products on my website.

Things like parabens. If you haven't read about parabens yet they are a commonly found in many cosmetics and skin care products. Parabens are a range of chemicals that are cheap to use and work as a preservative. And there is quite some doubt about the safety of parabens. For example the cosmetics database lists 2 parabens (there's quite a few) as a hazard of at least 7 or 8 on a scale of 1 to 10. 7 or 8 is "high hazard".

And of course if there are parabens in your cosmetics, say, then this alone could in fact be causing your sensitive skin problems. Maybe or maybe not, but it certainly is worth finding out.

And so if you change your products, cosmetics, skin care products or even soaps and shampoos and more then this alone may well fix your sensitive skin problems.

I have personal experience of this. A while ago my 8 year old daughter did her first ballet concert. They applied cosmetics to her face for the performance.

Within an hour or 2 her face had broken out in a huge rash, and at that point we decided to do something about the cosmetics she used.

So have a good look at your cosmetics and skin care products and if they're big brand name products from your local store then the chances are that they have some nasty ingredients in them and that itself could be causing sensitive skin care problems.

And here's another tip. Use low allergenic laundry detergents because if you've got your face on a pillow washed in regular detergent then that may also cause dry skin and sensitive skin care problems. And make sure you rinse everything well. Oh, and avoid those with fragrances, they too can cause problems for those with sensitive skin.

And even for people with oily or healthy skin fragrances can cause problems.

And if you do have problems with skin allergies, make sure you visit an allergy specialist, a good one can also point you to other products that can be causing problems.

You need to try out a range of natural cosmetics and natural skin care products that may well fix your sensitive skin problem for you, if not then you need to keep looking.

And fortunately there are 2 excellent natural skin care and natural cosmetics companies that make fine products that will be perfect for many people with sensitive skin, and fortunately these are excellent skin care products and cosmetics as well, and price competitive.

They're priced competitively because they don't spend huge amounts on TV advertising and so keep their costs right down. They rely on their products to sell themselves once people have tried them.

And you'll find that those big brand name products are made down to a price rather than up to a standard.

So there's some sensitive skin tips. If they don't work consult an expert like a good dermatologist, but just doing these things may well clear up your sensitive skin.

And if you want to find the best natural skin care products and cosmetics then visit my website and find out more.
